7 Steps to a Long Vibrant Life: Good health is something we all should strive to obtain; although, it is easier said than done. However, I like to think of it as getting back to basic or going green. However, there are a few adjustments we can implement in our daily routine in an effort to get on the right path. For instance, rather than take the elevator use the stairs especially if it is a few floors; park as far way from the store when doing your shopping; work in your yard; walk your pet or walk while your child or grandchild ride their bike. These seven steps are not the only methods available to achieve good health and longevity. They are a great start and they address the fundamentals of any health and wellness program.
